During his opponent's turn, after Gong Summons "Superheavy Samurai Trumpeter", Grizzlepike activates "Battleguard Sorcery", taking control of it since he controls a "Battleguard" monster. After that, Gong tries to attack "Granite Battleguard" with "Superheavy Samurai Big Benkei", but Ankokuji activates this monster's effect, negating an attack targeting a "Battleguard" monster once per Battle Phase". On his own turn, Ankokuji Tributes this card, "Battleguard #3" and "Trumpeter" to Special Summon "Shaman Battleguard".
