- During either player's turn, if your opponent Normal or Flip Summons 1 monster with 1000 or more ATK while "Traptrix Atrax" is on the field, you activate "Trap Hole" from your hand. Also if the timing is correct, you can activate any other "Hole" Normal Trap Card from your hand during your opponent's turn.[1]

- If a face-down Defense Position "Traptrix Atrax" is flipped face-up by the effect of "Acid Trap Hole", the "This card is unaffected by the effects of "Hole" Normal Trap Cards." effect of "Traptrix Atrax" is not applied. Therefore, since "Traptrix Atrax" has 1000 DEF, the effect of "Acid Trap Hole" that destroys the monster if it has less than 2000 DEF is applied and "Traptrix Atrax" is destroyed.[2]
- The "This card is unaffected by the effects of "Hole" Normal Trap Cards." effect of "Traptrix Atrax" is only applied while it is face-up on the field. Therefore, if you Set "Traptrix Atrax" and the opponent activates "D.D. Trap Hole", the "This card is unaffected by the effects of "Hole" Normal Trap Cards." effect of "Traptrix Atrax" is not applied and is destroyed and banished.[3]
