- Alternatives to "Cyber Dragon" can include "Vice Dragon", "Oracle of the Sun", "The Tricky" and "Quickdraw Synchron".
- Additionally, an ideal combo to use would be Summoning "Vice Dragon", "Quickdraw Synchron" or "Oracle of the Sun" and using "Inferno Reckless Summon", ensuring that you will have at least one monster on the field to use this card effect on.
- Alternatives to "Cyber Dragon" can include "Vice Dragon", "Oracle of the Sun", "The Tricky" and "Quickdraw Synchron".
- You can also Xyz Summon this card by using "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force" on "Grenosaurus".
- "Wind-Up Soldier" will help Summon this card.
- Provided you have at least one Beast-Type, you can use "Egotistical Ape" as material.
- Special Summoning "Power Giant" by its effect with a Level 1 monster can make it eligible to Xyz Summon this card.
- Normal Summon "Junk Synchron" then use its effect to Special Summon "Synchro Fusionist", then use them to Synchro Summon a Level 5 Synchro Monster like "Junk Warrior" or "Magical Android". - This card deals damage to your opponent based on the destroyed monster's Original Attack. Summon "Lava Golem" or "Creature Swap" a "Beast King Barbaros" or "Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast".
- Other monsters you control can attack regardless if you use this card's ability.
- This card can still attack the turn that this effect is used. It just cannot attack directly.
- You can also easily Xyz Summon this card by using two "Wind-Up Soldier" and/or two "Cyber Dragon" and/or both "Wind-Up Soldier" and "Cyber Dragon".
- You can easily Xyz Summon this card with just one card in an "Evol" Deck. Flip Summon "Evoltile Westlo" (assuming its still on the field), Summon "Evolsaur Darwino" with its effect, use its effect on "Westlo" to increase it to Level 5, then Overlay them for this card or "Number 19: Freezadon".
- Alternatively use "Enemy Controller" on an opponent's Level 3 or 4 monster by Tributing "Evoltile Najasho", bringing out "Darwino", and increasing the Level of your opponent's monster by 1 or 2.
- Tribute two monsters your opponent controls to Special Summon "Lava Golem", then destroy it with this card's effect.
- After using this card's effect to destroy a lone monster your opponent controls, Xyz Summon "Gaia Dragon, the Thunder Charger" by using this card as the Xyz Material, then attack directly (it might be safer to clear your opponent's Spells/Traps before doing this).
