Forum:A Deck made for Draws/Ties?

Hello, as the title says. I have my reasons for this, I want a deck specifically made to end duels in draws! I know, sounds crazy, right?

For now I don't really have an idea for a full deck, I only stumbled upon 2 cards that seem good for this sort of thing:
Dark Snake Syndrome
and
Ring of Destruction

I guess it would have to be a defensive deck, but also one capable of keeping the enemy in bay to be able to pull off my entire strategy. Can anyone help? --FarelTheGecko (talkcontribs) 13:35, February 10, 2013 (UTC)

Use a Deck with cards that increase your opponent's Life Points ("Upstart Goblin", "Gift Card", etc) and lower yours ("Hope for Escape", "Wall of Revealing Light", etc) and finish with "Self-Destruct Button". --Missign0 (talkcontribs) 11:34, February 11, 2013 (UTC)
Missign0, that's common way, but I think he liked to end the game by the other ways, other than using "Self-Destruct Button". --iFredCat 12:33, February 11, 2013 (UTC)

Well, just to keep the conversation going, I stumbled across the following deck while researching this topic. Came from the yugioh.tcgplayer website (link: Tie Deck!!! ). I'll place the deck into a template for people to comment on. It's the "boost up opponents life points/decrease your own/ hit 'em with Self-Destruct Button]] type of deck.

Um, do you know that "Solemn Judgment" and "Book of Moon" are current Limited? Maybe you should replacing two of that Counter Trap Card for two "Solemn Warning" and maybe "Magical Stone Excavation" in place of a "Book of Moon" copies? --iFredCat 17:38, February 12, 2013 (UTC)

Hi Fred: Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't check to see if the deck was up to current standards. Just wanted to throw something out there for somebody to tweak. ---Kungfu-mama (Talk) 18:53, February 12, 2013 (UTC)

Thank you. The Draw deck seems interesting. I might give that one a try! --FarelTheGecko (talkcontribs) 18:08, February 12, 2013 (UTC)

I should add that there is an article in the Wikia that talks about how the deck works, as well as gives a list of cards should you want to update the decklist I threw up. Here's the link:Self-Destruct Button Tie-Out Deck It's an interesting concept. Hope that all helps. ---Kungfu-mama (Talk) 15:38, February 13, 2013 (UTC)
