Last I checked, TRA says "that targets 1 Psychic". Since Icarus targets 2 cards, which is always more than exactly 1 Psychic, TRA cannot negate Icarus under any situation, even if it targets 1 Psychic and 1 Trap. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 06:07, July 30, 2010 (UTC)

- I think Falzar FZ is right, since Thought Ruler Archfiend can only negate if single Psychic is targeted, nothing less, nothing more. So IA can murder him along with other card. --FredCat100 (talk • contribs) 23:21, July 30, 2010 (UTC)

Falzar is right. The effect of Thought Ruler Archfiend can only negate effects that target 1 and only 1 Psychic-Type monster. If the effect also targets anything else, then Thought Ruler Archfiend will not be able to negate it.-- HHTurtle (Talk) 02:40, July 31, 2010 (UTC)
