Alright, so I've realized that the article for D.D. Crow on the front page has been up for a while. So, I want your ideas on what I should put up as a new card. Runer5h 23:42, February 26, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h

Ideas - post NOTHING in this section:

The section in which you post

shapesnatch!!!!!!!!!, nah, i think blackfeather dragon deserves 2 be there, no matter how much hate ppl (includin me) have 2 it, it has been waited long enough. maybe 1 of the new savior monsters, or maybe the common card more usefull, that has it own deck, destiny hero diamond dude. if not, dark simorgh. Pato M 23:48, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

Super-Nimble Mega Hamster. --Reimu_H, Touhou fanboy 23:49, February 26, 2010 (UTC)

OK. I like the ideas of Diamond Dude, Simorgh, and Hamster. Blackfeather Dragon not so much - it'll take a while to be released in the TCG, and I prefer to only profile TCG cards. Runer5h 23:51, February 26, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h

Mmmm what about Plaguespreader Zombie, it's made a huge impact on the game since being released. Hebi No David 00:24, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

Rescue Cat, or Gravekeeper's Spy? Both of these have had their share of play in many decks.--Akiza Izayoi 01:59, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

I agree that we need a new Featured card and as such I nominate Dark Simorgh, he can lock the game down and is easy to summon. But I just have to ask, why Super-Nimble Mega Hamster? --Azure Knight-Zeo 02:12, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

Because Hamster is awesome. Not just because it's a Hamster, too. Do you have any idea how well this card can combo? Runer5h 02:42, February 27, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h

...no, I can not.--Azure Knight-Zeo 04:01, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

I can vouch for that. I lost to it.--Akiza Izayoi 02:56, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

Damn straight. :P I'm sort of leaning towards Dark Simorgh right now, but if anyone has any ideas... Runer5h 03:02, February 27, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h

Archlord Kristya or Royal Oppression?--Akiza Izayoi 03:04, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

I think dark simorgh would be a cool card to have up... my only doubt was diamond dude but seeing as a d.d.t. is no longer possible it's not really that great. dark simorgh is really powerfull and generally usefull aswell.

  • but then again i spent so long using diamond dude... D.A.D. was like, _'wow', aswell but id probably say diamond dude.

Blackwings deserve some recognition, I think. They're one of the archtypes that plan to run this format, so I'd suggest something like Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind? It's also splashable like Plague... Asianblade75 08:10, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

the thing with putting up blackwings is that we've just had d.d. crow up and even though it's not actually a blackwing it IS pretty similar : (dark/winged beast/annoying effect) ... the transmigration prophecy might be a good spin off to d.d. crow (sameish prevention teqnique) but im probably thinking that just 'cause i like the card...

koa' ki meru gaurdian's pretty annoying n it basically stops most tuners (jutte fighter, gale the whirlwind, junk syncron , debris dragon) and seeing as syncro summoning can't be chained taking out the tuners early is fairly usefull...

--Blazen8 03:32, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

Lord British Space Fighter. He's just amazing.

Reapex 03:58, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

gravekeepers spy is an awesome card but it's had its time in the spotlight. There was a moment when it was like -wow- but now it's only occasionly used. i used it in my last tournament along with book of moon and cyber valley, and although i didnt exactly win, the 3 made an extremely versatile combo. then i realized how hard it was to make descent d.d. decks.

basically, use spy but dont ever run a d.d. deck.

Instead of gravekeeper spy, Gravekeeper´s visionary is much more better, it has made much people to make a Gravekeeper deck.

yeeaaaaa screw that >_>

i say put dark armed dragon i honestly dont see why its such a good card

Dark Armed already was featured, fool. --Azure Knight-Zeo 04:00, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

-_-" then judgement dragon

Sign your posts with four tildes.... also, wasnt JD already featured? i'm sick of seeing overused cards up there, how about a Genex up there, or Machina fortress? Machina fortress is a very good card in machine decks, he works like The Tricky with better effects and attack.Mufufu Master 04:26, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

JD has also been done before. --Blue (Talk) 04:25, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

Hmm... I've personally featured a Koa'ki Meiru before, so I don't know about Guardian - though it is awesome (damage step activation for the win!). I've just played a duel where it won me the game. Lord British isn't THAT good, actually. Gale I think can wait for the reasons that Blazen said. Transmigration doesn't get featured here.* Fortress isn't quite useful enough, in my opinion. But Krystia and Oppression definitely are. Runer5h 04:43, February 27, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h
  • _ Drago is also pretty insane and can be used with Dark Simorgh...

-if you are about to be decked out it can return pot of avarice for another 7 cards to get through before a deckout can actually happen.it could also return a feather of the phoenix to prevent a deckout from ever happening. - if a card like koa'ki meru boulder (which searches specific cards) is on the field, before it is attacked you can quickly add a koa'ki meiru gaurdian/koa'ki meiru Draco to your deck.

i dont want it put in, i just feel like arguing. --Blazen8 08:54, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

i say put in krystia cause its made a huge impact on the game sealing special summoning and all that. i also think that gale would be a good idea cause he is splashable and there is a reason he was limited to one--Bwinggale 05:29, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

ok, call me a noob but wots fortress n wots krystia?? --Blazen8 07:57, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

Feature cards that are easily accessible to others

Why feature "Battle Fader" or "Rescue Cat" for example? They're really common cards that are usually cheap but have good effects when used in right situations. I think "D.D. Crow" is featured because it is very common and yet very useful. Feature cards that are splashable and can be used in every deck. I don't want to place JD, DAD, or any cards that are too darned strong because they are too darned expensive. "Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude" is also good to feature here. --SilentHero26 05:37, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

Archlord Kristya, when ever someone drops that on me it feels like a 10-gallon drum of whoop-ass--Helix-king 07:37, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

  • Consecrated Light
  • Starlight Road
  • If Oppression goes up, Vayu should be mentioned since there are lots of questions about it. Falzar FZ 09:04, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

I'd personally like to see Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon or Machiners Fortress. Those are some kickass Structure Deck cover cards. --Gadjiltron 13:58, February 27, 2010 (UTC)

My suggestions

Here are just a few cards I think deserve a little more recognition and that could make great featured articles.

-Prime Material Dragon -Obelisk the Tormentor (Effect Monster) -Creature Swap -The Tricky -Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon -Book of Moon -Card Trooper -Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8

Right now, I recomend Obelisk or Darkness Metal Dragon sense they are fairly new, and I think Hours and Prime material should be featured eventually Dios mio! 18:10, February 28, 2010 (UTC) (didn't sign last time because it was my first post and i didn;t know how to) Dios mio! 18:10, February 28, 2010 (UTC)

I think creature swap any deck with searchers that activate when destroyed by battle should use this card it is amazing and it can work as a great top deck, they have JD on the field all you have is a pyramid turtle (or any searcher) then you draw creature swap then JD is yours! mwahahaha I think this card is amazing and realy under estimated 92.18.173.37 12:44, February 28, 2010 (UTC)

Book of Moon should be featured, it has many uses people are not aware of. The Horror'Speak if you dare 13:31, February 28, 2010 (UTC)

Fabled Raven - Future staple tuner when it arrives in tcg, plus it looks cool. :) Doz Bate 15:58, February 28, 2010 (UTC)

And the winner is...

Archlord Kristya! Check it out on the main page. And thanks for the ideas - it was fun to write this. I think I might do Simorgh at a later time. Runer5h 18:10, February 28, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h

nah, a better choice would have been either Honest, Blackwing - Kalut the Moon Shadow or Gem Merchant ;).Altyrell 03:55, March 3, 2010 (UTC)
