Forum:Vwxyz/synchron deck

This deck focuses on using constant level 4 monsters, including level 4 synchrons (which are also machines) to quickly set up a defensive net consisting of utopia and stardust dragon to protect your monsters while you build up the mighty VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult CannonDjt08031996 (talkcontribs) 14:58, December 9, 2013 (UTC)

First off, your current idea is too broad. Even going for the full V-Z is risky. I'd suggest scrapping wanting synchros, run 3 X, Y, and Z and 1, maybe 2 V and W. Make most of your extra deck various combinations of X Y and Z, and 1 VW and VWXYZ, and if you can add some xyzs for when you screw up like Exciton.

Important note for strategy: XYZ Cannon is mostly better then VWXYZ, because you can use his effect more than once a turn, even if it does cost cards.Breadbocks (talkcontribs) 01:21, January 1, 2014 (UTC)

sure looks like I have room to spare for the full v-zDjt08031996 (talkcontribs) 02:12, January 1, 2014 (UTC)

You must not forget that you need space for supporting monsters which would synergize with your V-Z parts. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 02:19, January 1, 2014 (UTC)

Machina Peacekeeper, Jade Knight, or Shining Angel which will seek out your V-Z parts. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 15:23, January 1, 2014 (UTC)

just what I was looking forDjt08031996 (talkcontribs) 11:11, January 27, 2014 (UTC) how about some more light support cards?Djt08031996 (talkcontribs) 23:02, February 5, 2014 (UTC)

The best Light support in the game is Honest. Cyber Eltanin might be worth checking out as Machine Light monsters are plentiful in this Deck.

I just noticed that you play a Machine Deck without Limiter Removal - an essential card for Machines. Release Restraint Wave could be helpful as well. - BronzeJohnson (talkcontribs) 20:25, February 10, 2014 (UTC)

those actually sound like really good cardsDjt08031996 (talkcontribs) 00:37, February 11, 2014 (UTC)

here's something like what this was originally meant to beDjt08031996 (talkcontribs) 02:10, February 15, 2014 (UTC)

Roll Out! is good for re-equipping dead Unions to your existing pieces to quickly form the Fusions. Frontline Base is a continuous, stable Special Summoning engine for your Unions. --Gadjiltron (talkcontribs) 02:33, February 15, 2014 (UTC)

and those could also help pull together my defensive duoDjt08031996 (talkcontribs) 14:22, February 15, 2014 (UTC)

and I could use a ritual summon to help swarmDjt08031996 (talkcontribs) 14:27, February 15, 2014 (UTC)

Do not include ritual monsters. They only work if a)they directly support your deck or b)your deck is built around them. Since neither of both applies, I strongly suggest you to leave Ritual Monsters out. - BronzeJohnson (talkcontribs) 14:56, February 15, 2014 (UTC)
