The e Jump lottery prize card is an Ultra Rare Chinese-language copy of "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" awarded to 1000 winners of a lottery announced in the e Jump magazine. The lottery deadline was December 23, 1999, and the winners were announced in both Weekly Shōnen Jump 2000 #12, released on February 21, 2000, and V Jump 2000 #4.

Lottery applicants had to mail in a postcard with a stamp contained in the magazine.

Like other Series 1 prints, this card did not have a Card Number or security foil.
