- Its real world artwork is based on how the manga appeared when Pegasus Summoned it in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist Duel 2: ""Don't Draw That Card!!""
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters II: Dark duel Stories and Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Duel Stories, Rogue Doll was drawn with a different artwork.
