"Illusory Snatcher":

This card is designed to aid in Xyz Summons, since it becomes the same Level as a Tribute Summoned monster; furthermore, it becomes the same Attribute and Type, which helps for certain Xyz Monsters that need specifically Typed and Attributed monsters as Xyz Material.

This card is helpful for Xyz Summoning higher Ranked Xyz Monsters (Rank 5 and higher).

Use this card in a "Monarch" Deck, for instant access to Rank 6 Xyz Monsters, like "Photon Strike Bounzer".
- Or in "Steelswarm" Deck, for any Rank 5, 6, and of course Rank 7 Xyz Monster (Since "Steelswarm Girastag" is easy to Tribute Summon).

Use this in a "Photon" Deck to not only give it Chaos potential, but also to get out "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" easier with "Photon Caesar".

This card has great synergy with "Dark World" decks. Use this card in conjunction with "Caius the Shadow Monarch" in a "Dark World" deck to give it access to Rank 6 Xyz Monsters, along with itself and "Caius" being both boosted by the effect of "The Gates of Dark World" and being used for the effect of "The Gates of Dark World" while they're in the graveyard. You can also Special Summon this card by tribute summoning "Sillva, Warlord of Dark World" or "Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World" for an instant Rank 5 Xyz Monster.

This card could work well in an "Evol" deck. After tributing an "Evol" monster (preferably one that gains an effect upon being Tributed) for a Level 6 Dinosaur, like "Evolsaur Elias" or "Evolsaur Terias", you can summon this card, and have it become Dinosaur-type to XYZ Summon the powerful "Evolzar Solda".

This is a very flexible card for it can support a deck themed on any type or attribute (i.e. Plants, Dragons, WATER, DARK, etc.).
- Outside of Xyz summoning, it can also be useful for assisting with the summoning requirements of powerful monsters like "Sorcerer of Dark Magic" or providing an alternative resource to perform a Synchro Summon with instead of the monster you've just Tribute Summoned.

This card works very well with "The Tyrant Neptune", as the latter is a Level 10 monster that may be summoned with only 1 tribute, for an easy summon of "Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Gustav Max".
- The same thing can be done with "Fog King" for a Rank 7 monster, such as "Number 11: Big Eye".
