OCG Rulings
- If "Dragunity Javelin" would be destroyed while in the Monster Zone and sent to the Graveyard, then you can equip "Dragunity Javelin" as an Equip Spell Card without sending it to the Graveyard.[1]
- If "Dragunity Javelin" would be destroyed while in the Monster Zone, then its effect which equips it to a monster does not start a Chain Link.[1][2]
- The effect of "Dragunity Javelin" does not target.[1][2]
- After "Dragunity Javelin" is equipped to a Winged Beast-Type "Dragunity" monster, the effect of "Dragunity Javelin" continuously targets.[1][2]
- If "Dragunity Javelin" is destroyed while face-down, then you cannot treat "Dragunity Javelin" as an Equip Spell Card and equip it to a Winged Beast-Type "Dragunity" monster.[1]
- If "Dragunity Javelin" would be destroyed and sent to the Graveyard while it is face-up in the Monster Zone, then the player who controls "Dragunity Javelin" at this time chooses whether or not to equip "Dragunity Javelin" to a "Dragunity" monster as an Equip Spell Card.[2]
