These are the Forbidden and Limited Lists for the OCG due to take effect in September 2008. It is expected that this will be the TCG List, but this is not confirmed. Any differences will be amended to this article. TCG players should continue to treat the the May 2008 Lists as the Official Lists.

In Traditional or Advanced Format, Semi-Limited means you can only have two copies of a card with that name in your Main Deck, Side Deck, and Extra Deck combined.
