Her attack in the Japanese anime is known as Queen's Saber Clash or Queen's Saber Crash.

During Yugi Muto's duel against Seto Kaiba, Yugi summons this card on his opening turn. Two turns later, Kaiba activates "Soul Exchange" to take over this card and "Alpha the Magnet Warrior" to tribute Yugi's two monsters and his "X-Head Cannon" to summon "Obelisk the Tormentor" but Yugi activates "Change of Heart" to take over Kaiba's "X-Head Cannon" so Kaiba pays 1000 Life Points to activate "Enemy Controller" to reclaim his "X-Head Cannon" and tries to tribute this card, "Alpha the Magnet Warrior", and "X-Head Cannon" to summon "Obelisk the Tormentor" but Yugi activates "Lightforce Sword" to remove "Obelisk the Tormentor" from play for three turns and Yugi's and Kaiba's monster cards return back to their respective sides of the field. After having the card on the field for several turns, Yugi plays "Soul Rope" to special summon "King's Knight" whose effect allows Yugi to special summon "Jack's Knight". Yugi then tributes the three Knights to summon "Slifer the Sky Dragon".

During Yami Yugi's duel against Yami Marik, Yugi uses this card to destroy Marik's "Vampiric Leech" then Marik's "Juragedo" destroys her. A couple of turns later, Yugi revives her with Marik's "Monster Reborn" (which he took earlier through "Exchange") then summons "King's Knight" whose effect allows him to special summon "Jack's Knight". On the next turn, Yugi tributed the three Knights to summon "Slifer the Sky Dragon".

When Yugi Muto duels Grerimo, Grerimo's "Bronze Knight Token" (powered up by "The Seal of Orichalcos") attacks this card but Yugi activates "Magical Academy" to tributes this card to special summon "Dark Magician Girl" which forces Greimo to call off his attack as "Dark Magician Girl" was stronger than the token.

When Yami Yugi duels Weevil Underwood, this card was the first card Yugi sent to the Graveyard to activate "Berserker Soul".

When Yami Yugi duel with Yugi Muto, Yugi Muto's copy gets powered up by "The Seal of Orichalcos" then destroys Yami Yugi;s "Berfomet" while Yugi Muto's "Dark Magician Girl" destroys Yami Yugi's "Big Shield Gardna" and then Yugi Muto's "Obnoxious Celtic Guard"attacks Yami Yugi directly. On the next turn, Yugi Muto tributes this card through the effect of his "Catapult Turtle" to inflict half of this card's total ATK to Yami Yugi as damage.

During Yami Yugi's second duel with Rafael, Yugi uses this card against Rafael's Guardian cards. She first gets destroyed by Rafael's "Guardian Grarl" (equipped with "Gravity Axe - Grarl"). Yugi then revives her with "Monster Reborn" and summons "King's Knight" whose effect special summons "Jack's Knight" then activates "Brave Attack" to destroy this card and "King's Knight" so that their ATK would be transferred to "Jack's Knight" but Rafael activates "Guardian Force" to negate and destroy "Brave Attack". This card was then destroyed by Rafael's "Guardian Elma" (equipped with "Butterfly Dagger - Elma") while Yugi's "King's Knight" gets destroyed by Rafael's "Guardian Grarl". Later, Yugi revives this card thanks to the effect of "Underworld Circle". On his next turn, Yugi merges this card with "The Claw of Hermos" to create "Goddess Bow".

When Yugi Muto duels against Leon von Schroeder, this card attacks and destroys Leon's "Forest Hunter" then Leon destroys this card by activating "Spinning Wheel Spindle". When this card returns to the field on Yugi's third Standby Phase after the activation of "Spinning Wheel Spindle", Yugi summons "King's Knight" whose effect to special summon "Jack's Knight" then activates "Royal Straight" to tribute his three Knights to special summon "Royal Straight Slasher".

When Atem (Yami Yugi) duels Yugi Muto, Atem special summons this card, "King's Knight" and "Slifer the Sky Dragon" thanks to "Summoning Clock" and also special summons "Jack's Knight thanks to the effect of "King's Knight". Atem has this card destroys Yugi's "Green Gadget" while Atem's "King's Knight" destroys Yugi's "Yellow Gadget" then Atem tributed the three Knights to summon "The Winged Dragon of Ra".

During episode 5, this card can be seen face-up on the table that Jaden Yuki, Syrus Truesdale and Chumley Huffington gather around to tell ghost stories. This is however only in the dub as that card replaced an unseeable card in the original.

In episode 23, this card is used by an opponent of Belowski in a flashback that is cut from the English version, alongside "King's Knight".

In episode 142, the spirit of this card appears alongside those of "King's Knight" and "Jack's Knight" in support of Zane Truesdale's and Aster Phoenix's reinforcements to the last free village.

Yugi used this card in his duel against Kaiba. Yugi had this monster destroy "Familiar Knight". This activates "Familiar Knight"'s effect, allowing both players to summon a Level 4 monster from their hand. Kaiba chooses to summon "Rare Metal Dragon" while Yugi chooses "King's Knight". Since this card was on the field, Yugi was able to use "King's Knight"'s effect to summon "Jack's Knight". Later Yugi tributes his three Knights to summon out "Slifer the Sky Dragon".
