- This card can be searched by "Wynn the Wind Channeler", "Swallow's Nest", "Dragunity Knight - Gae Dearg", "Tri-Brigade Shuraig the Ominous Omen", "Tri-Brigade Airborne Assault", "Kittytail, Mystical Beast of the Forest", "Floowandereeze & Robina", "Vortex the Whirlwind", "Animadorned Archosaur", "Wynn the Wind Charmer, Verdant", "Flying Kamakiri #1", "Crystal Clear Wing Synchro Dragon", "Shrine of Mist Valley", "Divine Wind of Mist Valley", "Sphere of Chaos", "Serpentine Princess", "Battle Royal Mode - Joining", "Vampire Dragon", "Rescue Ferret", "Umbramirage the Elemental Lord", "Sangan", "Witch of the Black Forest", and other generic searchers.
- This card is useful in a "Dragunity" Deck since they possess many Level 4 or lower WIND monsters you can search, usually "Dragunity Dux".
- "Icarus Attack" can be very helpful for triggering this card, since half of the "Dragunity" archetype are composed of Winged Beast-Type monsters.
- This card is very useful in "Mecha Phantom Beast" Deck, since it can easily search "Mecha Phantom Beast Megaraptor".
- Better yet, Tribute cost disruption cards like "Spiritual Wind Art - Miyabi", "Enemy Controller", "Horn of Heaven", and sometimes "Vertical Landing" as well can be used to trigger this card, and those cards can be commonly found in most "Mecha Phantom Beast" Decks due to the Deck's ability to Special Summoning Tokens as Tribute fodder.
- If you Tribute this card to Special Summon "Cocatorium the Heavy Metal Avian" via its own effect, you can use its effect to add "Garuda the Wind Spirit" from your Deck to your hand. You can then Special Summon "Garuda" from your hand by banishing this card from the GY, giving you two level 4 WIND Winged Beasts, meaning you can make a variety of Rank 4 monsters. Alternatively, if you search "Speedroid Taketomborg" instead, you can Special Summon it via its own effect, then use its effect to Tribute itself and then Special Summon a "Speedroid" Tuner from your Deck, giving you access to WIND Synchro Monsters.
- Tributing this card allows you to also add "Yata-Garasu" from your Deck to your hand in a "Floowandereeze" Deck. This threatens locking your opponent out of their hand at your leisure while having it available.
