OCG Rulings

• The effect of "Junk Collector" cannot be activated during the Damage Step.

• Removing from play "Junk Collector" from the field and a Normal Trap Card from your Graveyard is a cost to activate the effect of "Junk Collector".

• For the effect of "Junk Collector", you can only remove from play a Normal Trap Card whose activation timing is correct.

• If your opponent activates a card's effect which destroys Trap Cards on your side of the field, then you cannot activate the effect of "Junk Collector" by removing from play "Fake Trap", since you cannot apply the effect "destroy this card instead" of "Fake Trap".

• If "Junk Collector" is the only monster on the field, then you cannot activate its effect by removing from play "Reinforcements", since there would be no monsters on the field to be targeted by the ATK-increasing effect.

• You cannot activate the effect of "Junk Collector" by removing from play card like "Metalmorph" or "Blast with Chain". You can activate the effect by removing from play "Kunai with Chain", but you can only apply the effect which changes an attacking monster to Defense Position when an opponent's monster declares an attack. You cannot apply the effect which equips it to a monster on your side of the field.

• The effect of "Junk Collector" activated by removing from play a Normal Trap Card is treated as the effect of an Effect Monster. Thus, if you activate the effect of "Junk Collector" by removing from play "Needle Ceiling" while "Elemental Hero Wildheart" is on the field, then the effect will destroy "Elemental Hero Wildheart".
