- This monster is the Cover Card for Crossover Souls.
- This monster is the Synchro Counterpart to "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon" and "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon", sharing the same type, ATK/DEF, naming convention, and (with the latter) Level.
- Just like the anime effects of "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" and "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon", this card's effect affects Level 5 or higher monsters.
- Like "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon" its effect allows it to gain ATK dependent on the target of its effect.
- This monster shares several similarities with "Stardust Dragon"; Both are WIND/Dragon Synchro Monsters with identical ATK and DEF, have an effect negation effect, and are used by major characters who ride Duel Runners.
- This monster is the signature monster of Yugo, sharing a similar striped design with his Duel Runner.
- The "Clear" in its name is probably a reference to the Clear Mind, which is necessary to perform an Accel Synchro Summon in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's.
