"Pendulum Summon!" is the third chapter of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V manga.

Summary
"Phantom" finally reveals his true form front the Leo Corporation agents, shocking everyone with his unique Summoning method.

Turn 4: Yuya Sakaki
Yuya gets an Action Card. Shingo activates his face-down "Emperor's Reawakening" in an attempt to re-active the effect of his Template:Monster, but Yuya activates the effect of "Phantom Knights Tomb Shield" in his Graveyard, banishing it to negate the activation of Shingo's Trap Card. Yuya places Template:Monster and Template:Monster in his Pendulum Zones, allowing him to Pendulum Summon Template:Monster. He activates the pair Action Cards, "Haunted Legend Pair Card 1" and "Haunted Legend Pair Card 2", increasing the ATK of "Phantom Dragon" by a total of 400 ("Odd-Eyes Phantom Dragon": ATK 2500 → 2900). "Phantom Dragon" attacks and destroys "Erebus" (Shingo 1500 → 1400), and its effect activates; since it inflicted battle damage the turn it was Pendulum Summoned, "Phantom Dragon" inflicts damage to Shingo equal to the total ATKs of "Mirage Dragon" and "Persona Dragon" on his Pendulum Zones (Shingo 1400 → 0).
