He tunes "Battlewasp - Halberd the Charge" and "Battlewasp - Arbalest the Rapidfire" with "Battlewasp - Sting the Poison" to Synchro Summon this card during the Battle Phase via "Urgent Tuning". Shinji activates this cards effect, banishing all "Battlewasp" monsters to reduce the ATK and DEF of "Twilight Ninja Getsuga, the Shogun" by 500 for each "Battlewasp" monster banished, he banishes 5, three copies of "Arbalest", "Halberd" and "Needle", so "Getsuga" loses 2500 ATK and DEF, reducing its ATK from 2000 to 0 and its DEF from 3000 to 500.
