He overlays "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" and "Galaxy Rebirth" to Xyz Summon it, with the effect of "Re-Galaxy" treating it as a monster with the same Level as the "Galaxy-Eyes" it was equipped to. Kite activates its effect, increasing the Rank of this card to 9 and that of "Number C107: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" to 10 and increasing this card's ATK to 7800. It attacks and destroys "Neo Tachyon", but Mizar uses "Tachyon Chaos Hole" to banish this card and Kite's Set "Galaxy Shockwave".
