Similarily, using "Mind Control" can return an opponent's Synchro or Fusion monster to the deck. Although it will not gain an ATK boost since the monster was unable to return to the hand, this card will not gain an ATK boost.

Using "Giant Trunade" beforehand will clear the opponent's Spells and Traps as well as return yours to your hand.
    • Use this card to return "Burden of the Mighty" to your hand, then play it again. Your monster will gain 500 ATK and theirs will still lose 100 x their level.
    • Any card that can only be used 'Once per turn' like "Herculean Power", "Court of Justice", "Swords of Concealing Light", "Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen", "Water Hazard" or "Call of the Mummy" can be used twice if they are returned between uses.
    • "Jam Breeding Machine" prevents you from Summoning while it is active. By having it on the field, you receive a free token to tribute and then can follow up by removing "Jam Breeding Machine" so that you can tribute something with the said token.
    • Use this card with "Boss Rush" (another card which prevents Normal Summons and Sets.)
    • "Morale Boost" can be used before you activate Equip cards like "Mist Body" and "Big Bang Shot" and ATK raising Equips like "Axe of Despair" to gain 1000 LP. You can then remove it from the field with this card before the Equip cards are destroyed, preventing the 1000 LP damage.
      • If you use "Big Bang Shot" on an opponent's monster and return it to your hand with the effect of "Dewloren, Tiger King of the Ice Barrier" you can effectively remove an opponent's monster from play and increase "Dewloren's" attack by 500.
    • "Toll" can be abused to only force your opponent to pay to attack.
    • Combo this card with "Spell Absorption", gaining you 500 Life Points each time you bounce a Spell Card back to your hand and reactivate it.
    • Use with "Black Garden" to make only your opponent's monsters lose half their ATK and give you a "Rose Token".
    • "Chain Energy" can be removed to prevent the owner from having to pay. If you are using more than one, set any Spells you want to activate before activating a "Chain Energy".
    • "Prohibition" prevents one card of your choice from being used. Reselect which card can not be used by using this effect.
    • "Miracle Fertilizer" is destroyed if a monster it Special Summoned is removed from the field. Removing it from the field not only allows a player to use its ability twice per turn, but also breaks "Miracle Fertilizer's" effect on that monster, preventing its destruction should it be removed from the field.
    • "Future Fusion" can be used to reduce cards in the deck and fill your graveyard by bouncing it back to your hand once a turn.
    • "Vengeful Bog Spirit" can be removed so you can summon a monster and allow it to attack on the same turn. Replay it before your turn ends so your opponent faces the downsides of that card.
