  • Equip "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" with "Metalmorph" while he is attacking during the Damage Step and then, during your Main Phase 2, Special Summon this card to turn Offense into Defense.
  • You can use this card as an alternate to "Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon" after activating "Inferno Fire Blast" while "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" is on the field. Since this card is Special Summoned from the Deck, it can potentially be easier to summon than "Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon".
  • This card is useless in your hand, so it is not recommended to have more than one copy of it in your deck should you choose to use it, and be prepared with a card that can return it to the deck, like "Card Trader", "Reload", "Magical Mallet" or "Monster Recovery".
  • Additionally it is only slightly stronger than "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" would be when equipped with "Metalmorph", and lacks the ATK-gain effect that "Metalmorph" would grant it, so this card has few strategic strengths if Special Summoned, especially in a Dragon Deck.
  • Despite all of the above problems, this card may still be useful in a Cyberdark deck, as that deck type focuses on using both Dragons and Machines as well as sending Dragons to the Graveyard.
