Card Trivia:Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon
- This is the cover card of Duelist Pack: Kaiba and Premium Pack Vol.1.
- The ATK, DEF, and Level of this card are all equal to half those of 3 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" added up, respectively, though the DEF is rounded up to the nearest hundred.
- This card has the highest ATK and DEF of any non-Effect Monster in the game.
- The reprinted GLD1 version of this card has mistakenly been printed with 3000 DEF instead of 3800 DEF.
- This card appears in the artwork of "E☆HERO Pit Boss".
- This card is needed to Special Summon "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon". However, when "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" was first released in the TCG (in August 2004), this card did not exist then. It would take until January of 2006 for this card to be made available, thus making "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" Summonable.
- The Bandai version of this card is "Blue-Eyes White Dragon's 3-Body Connection".
- In some of the Yu-Gi-Oh! video games, this card is listed as having the DIVINE Attribute.
- In a few video games, such as Forbidden Memories and The Duelists of the Roses, the Spell Card "Ultimate Dragon" was needed to Summon this card.
- This monster has six counterparts:
- "Ancient Gear" counterpart: "Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem"
- "Cyber" counterpart: "Cyber End Dragon"
- "Galaxy-Eyes" counterpart: "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon"
- "Statue" counterpart: "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Statue Dragon"
- "Tachyon" counterpart: "Number C107: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon"
- Retrained counterpart: "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon"
- This monster could have been based off of the Godzilla monster King Ghidorah, as they share many similarities being that they are both three-headed dragons, that they are said to be near indestructible, and their primary attacks are bolts of lightning fired from their mouths.
- This card, "D.3.S. Frog", "Mokey Mokey King", "Cyber End Dragon" and "Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" are the only Fusion Monsters to use three of the same monster as Fusion Material Monsters.
- This card was the first Level 12 monster to appear in the anime.
- The Premium Gold reprint of this card does not feature this card's 8 digit passcode.
- This card's Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Duel Stories and Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 4: Battle of Great Duelist artwork is taken from the title page for Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 262 (Duelist Duel 203): "As a Friend".
