• In the non-canon duel North America Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Championship 2022 Special: Jaden vs. Aster, Aster Phoenix plays this card against Jaden Yuki. He Fusion Summons this card via "Fusion Destiny", using "Destiny HERO - Celestial" and "Destiny HERO - Malicious" from his Deck as Fusion Materials. Because he summoned this card, the effect of Aster's "D - Tactics" activates as this card is a level 8 or higher "Destiny HERO" monster, allowing him to banish Jaden's "Elemental HERO Nebula Neos." Later, Aster activates this card's Quick Effect to destroy his "Destiny HERO - Malicious" and Jaden's Set card (revealed to be "Negate Attack"). This card then attacks Jaden directly, however Jaden activates the effect of the "Elemental HERO Spirit of Neos" in his hand, Special Summoning it in Defense Position. A Replay occurs, and this card attacks "Spirit of Neos", however "Spirit of Neos" is not destroyed in battle as it was Special Summoned by its own effect. Aster then activates "Break the Destiny," destroying this card to skip Jaden's next Main Phase 1. As this card was destroyed, its last effect activates, allowing Aster to Special Summon a "Destiny HERO" monster from his Graveyard during the next Standby Phase. During the Standby Phase of Jaden's next turn, this card is Special Summoned by its own effect from Aster's Graveyard. The effect of Aster's "D - Tactics" activates as this card was Special Summoned, banishing a random card from Jaden's hand ("Elemental HERO Honest Neos"). During Jaden's Battle Phase, Aster activates this card's Quick Effect, destroying his "Destiny HERO - Dasher" and Jaden's "Elemental HERO Spirit of Neos." This card is then destroyed by the effect of Jaden's "Elemental HERO Shining Neos Wingman". Aster activates this card's last effect, allowing him to Special Summon a "Destiny HERO" monster from his Graveyard during the next Standby Phase, however "Shining Neos Wingman" attacks Aster directly, reducing his LP to 0 and ending the Duel before the effect can be applied.
