- This card is the cover card for the international version of Pharaoh's Servant and Thousand Eyes Bible, and is one of the cover cards of Structure Deck: Pegasus.
- Including the main golden eye, the two green eyes, and eyes that can only be partially seen, this monster has 56 visible eyes.
- Its golden eye is the Eye of Wdjat. It also resembles the Millennium Eye, which was famously used, along with this card, by Maximillion Pegasus in the anime.
