Ida, known as Jackal Misaki in the Japanese version, is a Duel Academy student appearing in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 4. She only apears a few times though. She appears as your enemy if you play through Akiza's (Duel Academia) 4th heart story. You and Akiza duel against Ida and Yusei.
