The May 2002 Forbidden and Limited List was the first Forbidden and Limited list to go into effect in the TCG, on May 1, 2002.[1] This list covered the Booster Pack Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon and Starter Decks Yugi and Kaiba, and was followed by the July 2002 Forbidden and Limited List.
