- "Number" monsters often take the form reflecting their owners and/or their original desires. In this case, this Mythyrian Number represents this card's original owner, Alito.
- This card's name reflects this monster's appearance, as it features multiple heart-shaped ornaments on its chest, belt, and shoulder pads, as well as a large amount of hair resembling a lion's mane.
- Fittingly, this monster's neutral form resembles a human heart with two root-like arteries coming out of it.
- Also, in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL, when this card used its anime effect to restore its controller's LP to 100, it shot an electrical shock at its controller to resuscitate them like an automated external defibrillator, emphasized with a heartbeat sound effect.
- This card's Warrior Type reflects Alito's past life as a gladiator, a warrior who instead of using swords, used his bare fists to fight.
