Monarch (帝（てい） Tei) is a series of monsters of different Types and Attributes in Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel. The series is a Rush Duel adaptation of the "Monarch" series from the OCG/TCG, featuring new cards original to Rush Duel as well as cards from the OCG/TCG. They are used by The☆Providence in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! manga.

Like the Monarchs in the OCG/TCG, Monarchs in Rush Duel each have a corresponding "Vassal" and "Mega Monarch" form, as well as a Spell/Trap depicting them transforming into their Mega Monarch form. The Monarchs are Level 5 and have 2000 ATK and 1000 DEF, while the Mega Monarchs are Level 8 and have 2400 ATK and 1000 DEF and share the effect that they can be Tribute Summoned with 1 Tribute by using a Level 5 or higher monster with 1000 DEF. All Monarchs have an effect that can be activated during the turn they are Tribute Summoned. The Vassals have 800 ATK and 1000 DEF and are Level 4 or lower, like in the TCG/OCG; they also have an effect that can be activated during the turn they are Normal Summoned.

While the Monarchs new to Rush Duel have 400 less ATK than Monarchs in the TCG/OCG, the Field Spell "Emperor Realm" increases their ATK by 400 to match the ATK of the original Monarchs.
