Does really need to be an article? Its not as if possession is uncommon in YGO. Its a pretty regular occurrence, honestly. Cheesedude (talk • contribs) 20:32, May 8, 2016 (UTC)

I'd say so, as it's uncommon for ARC-V, and seems like it's something only Yuya and his counterparts will be able to do. Seems like a unique Dimensional Counterpart ability to me.--ZachariahB (talk • contribs) 21:04, May 8, 2016 (UTC)

I'd argue that if this counts as an ability, we need another article for how Yami possesses Yugi, how Yami Bakura possesses Bakura, how Darkness possesses Fubuki, how Yubel possesses everyone and their mother, how Number 96 possesses Astral, how Abyss possesses Rio and how anyone else who ever possessed anyone else that I may have missed. Seriously, what's the point of this page? It feels like this "ability" is the same as Synchronize (ability). There's only a little difference between those two, but other than that, it's the same thing.

I just hope someone explains about these abnormalities soon, so we can merge all of the abilities that are related to Yuya and his counterparts to a single page. Rewas514 01:09, May 9, 2016 (UTC)

Alright, then. How about we do this?

Wait a few weeks (let's say 5-6, maybe 7) and see if they go a little more in-depth on this and maybe expand upon it to make it make a little more sense. If not, then we can get rid of the page.

No, I don't really agree. All of these "ability" pages (Synchronize, Berserk Mode, The Darkness) have been created by the same user: User:Lol-ionel. I can't really trust his judgment here. The other pages I have no issue with (well, maybe the Darkness). Berserk Mode and Synchronize I do think needed pages but they were not named in-universe. This....is not the same thing. Cheesedude (talk • contribs) 03:25, May 9, 2016 (UTC)

My two cents. it just seems to be the logical extreme of the whatever ability that merged them to begin with. now that Yuto's done with his power nap he speak and seize some control. its not a seperate ability, its just something he can do since he is inside Yuya's head

I don't pay attention to these ability pages (Personally, I think they are all pointless and should be merged into their Dimension counterparts page or Their individual character page as appropriate) so if we have one for whatever merged them this should be put there.

My opinion on this is that I understand the point of the pages, but I don't think they are sturdy enough to hang by themselves. Especially this last one, since it's not really something that special. Well, it's like Cheesedude said, really.

Besides, I think it has a bit of speculation like: "When one of the owners of the Four Dimension Dragons has been absorbed into one of their Dimensional Counterparts, the person absorbed can take control of their host's mind and body, and act on their behalf.". We don't know that for sure, it just happened once.

Stuff like this should go in the character's page, since, again, like Cheesedude said "There's nothing fundamentally special about this particular possession.". So, concluding, I'm in favor of the abolition of this page. At least for now, it doesn't seem as relevant as deserving its own page. Becasita ^Pendulum (talk • contribs) 10:11, May 9, 2016 (UTC)
