- In Rank 44, Kyoji Yagumo plays this card against Yuma Tsukumo, Kaito Tenjo and Ryoga Kamishiro. He overlays two "Baby Spiders" to Xyz Summon it after increasing their Levels with to 10 with the effects of "Mother Spider" and "Aracno-Cannibalism". He then uses "Sacrifice Level-Up" to banish this card's Overlay Units and Special Summon the Rank 11 "Number 84: Pain Gainer" from his Extra Deck. This card's effect makes the ATKs of both cards increase to 4000 as they are Insect-Type monsters and he started the Duel with 12,000 Life Points. The effect of this card modifies the ATK of this card and "Pain Gainer" each time a difference in Life Points occurs. Shark uses "Compulsory Circulation Device" to banish the Overlay Units of his "Bahamut Shark" and both monsters, before returning them to the field at the end of Battle Phase after attacking directly, thus reducing their ATKs to 3050 each. He then destroys both monsters with "Flash Fang" as they have less ATK than the damage Kyoji took.
