Zoroa is a character appearing in the Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Stories manga. He is the character version of the card "Zoroa, the Magistus of Flame".

Personality
Zoroa is a calm and powerful magi. He was someone who sought out the "truth" of magic, and through the aid of many magi in Greybeard, Zoroa convinced them to open Theurgy; the gate to other worlds. This would allow the world to be brimming with magic, which countless accepted. However, Zoroa was manipulative, having not told his comrades that opening the gate would cause countless to die from the sudden overflow of magic. When they discovered the truth and attempted to close the gate, Zoroa quickly went to stop them, as he didn't care if numerous people, plants, animals, and even his allies perished if it meant creating a new era. Rilliona accuses him of having no empathy for the current world.
Although Aleister Crowley previous words suggest that Zoroa was friends with him, Endymion (character), and Rilliona. Whether he had been manipulating them for his goals the entire time is unknown as Zoroa is willing to fight his former companions for the sake of his new world. Though Zoroa hints that he has a slight soft spot for Aleister, as he assumed Aleister was like him.
Abilities
Zoroa is considered a powerful magi user and is very intelligent. He is capable of teleportation, levitation, and uses flame-based magic for combat. His magic is very powerful, where when attacking with Divine Conflagration Lance, Aleister claims it is incomparable to the Magistus Trio's own magic. Zoroa also states that the magic he uses is the true extent of his magic when Endymion believes it was power from another world.
