Endymion's brother is an unseen and unnamed character in the Magistus arc of Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Stories. He is the younger brother of Endymion and prince to his family's kingdom.
Personality[edit]
Not much is known about his personality. However, its noted that despite Endymion handing him the status of heir, he still fears Endymion's power. This causes Endymion's brother to, as Endymion considers it, foolishly make decisions to kill his brother despite Endymion having no desire to rule. Willing to even corrupt Ropo with evil magic to kill Endymion by tricking him into reading a magically enchanted note.
It's implied Endymion's brother also purposely used Ropo as the spy to ensure Endymion would hesitate in attacking the former servant. Having even lied to Ropo about the note just to ensure Ropo didn't go against his commands.
Biography[edit]
Endymion's brother is prince to his family's kingdom. Endymion was next in the line of succession to become king. However Endymion abdicated his spot to focus on his research, putting his brother next in line.[1] Despite this, the prince remained worried about Endymion's claim to the throne.[2]
The prince sent his servant Ropo to spy on Endymion. Ropo was given a memo to read if he got in trouble. Reciting the memo's incantation cast a spell that caused Ropo to be controlled and attack Endymion. Endymion figured his brother was behind the attack and on returning Ropo to normal got him to serve as an informant, letting him know of the prince's orders.[2]
