- This card can be searched via "Hidden Armory", "Power Tool Dragon" and "Archfiend Heiress".
- This equip card is best used with a monster that can attack twice in one Battle Phase, such as Mataza the Zapper or a monster card equipped with Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce.
- Maha Vailo, who gains 500 additional ATK points for each Equip Spell Card, will gain 1500 attack points in total.
- Equipping this to Obnoxious Celtic Guard will give you an efficient tool for destroying Monarchs, plus Obnoxious Guard won't be destroyed.
- The Six Samurai - Nisashi also fulfills this role, provided there is another Six Samurai on the field to enable his effect.
- If this card would be destroyed, you can Tribute a "Black Ptera" to get the card to the top of your deck while preventing an excess loss in advantage.
- Equip this card to Elemental Hero Wildheart for a 2500 ATK beat stick which is not affected by traps.
- Equip this card to monsters being able to attack directly, like Jinzo 7, Blackwing - Fane the Steel Chain, and Toon Monsters if you happen to be playing a Toon Deck.
- The tribute cost of returning this card from the graveyard to the top of your deck can be used for getting rid of "Lava Golem" and the "Ojamas."
- Tribute D.D. Scout Plane for a top deck and to be returned during the end phase (assuming it was banished since tributed)
- This card also works well in "Hieratic" deck, since the tributing cost of this card can be useful for your dragons
