- In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's episode 3, before Yusei goes to Duel Jack and get his "Stardust Dragon" card back, Rally gives him "Turbo Booster", which according to Rally is his favorite card. In the English anime, Rally claims it belonged to his father. Yusei says he'll do his best to return it when he comes back. Yusei later uses this card in his Turbo Duel against Trudge. He summons it via its own effect as he Normal Summoned "Speed Warrior" a bit earlier in the turn. Yusei then uses "Speed Warrior" to attack "Gate Blocker". The attack fails, but Yusei Tributes this card to activate its effect, destroying "Gate Blocker". Trudge then uses "Broken Blocker" to summon two more copies of "Gate Blocker" to the field.
- In episode 21, when Yusei draws this it reminds him of Rally and what he's fighting for. He Special Summons it with its effect, since he Normal Summoned "Fortress Warrior". He then attacked "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE" with "Fortress Warrior", who didn't get destroyed and Yusei took no damage due to its effect. He then Tributed "Turbo Booster" to destroy "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE".
- In episode 45, Yusei Summoned this using the effect of "Road Warrior" and used "Turbo Booster" to destroy Roman's "Underground Arachnid".
- In episode 46, Yusei Summoned this using "Junk Synchron". Later in the Duel, after Roman got Rally to take his place, Rally takes control of it using the effect of "Earthbound Immortal Uru" and uses it with "Turbo Rocket" to Synchro Summon "Turbo Cannon".
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's episode 50, this is seen on the wall in Zeman's castle, as one of the prisoners trapped in stone tablets.
- In episode 65, Yusei summoned this with its effect and tributed it to destroy "Wise Core". This, however, allowed Ghost to Special Summon "Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity".
- This card is seen in Yusei hand in Episode 73 when he duel in his dream.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's episode 93, Yusei Fudo uses this card to Synchro Summon "Stardust Dragon" with "Debris Dragon" and "Tricular".
