- The Bandai version of this card is Level 7 and has 2600 DEF, whereas the Konami version is Level 9 and has 2500 DEF.
- The "B." in this card's name stands for "Black".
- "Red Dragon Archfiend" (Red Demon's Dragon) bears a Japanese name similar to "B. Skull Dragon" (Black Demon's Dragon). Both cards are also demon themed with horns. Also both cards are summoned from the Extra Deck.
- The Fusion Summon of this card is shown on the artwork of "Polymerization".
- This card's ATK equals to the sum of "Summoned Skull's" and "Red-Eyes Black Dragon's" DEF.
- While its DEF equals to "Summoned Skull's" ATK(2500), which is 100 higher than "Red-Eyes" ATK.
