Decoy Tactics

Can be used after your Life Points decrease by 1500. Play 1 "Decoy Dragon" from outside of your Deck in Defense Position. You cannot Special Summon any other monsters during the turn you activate this Skill. This Skill can only be used if you begin the Duel with a Deck (excluding Extra Deck) that contains 5 or more Dragon-Type monsters with different names. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
