Duelist Kingdom

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 60 (Duelist Duel 1): "Challenge!!", Katsuya Jonouchi uses this card during his Duel against Anzu Mazaki. During Jonouchi's turn, he Normal Summons this card. This card then attacks, but if it successfully destroyed a monster in battle is unknown. Anzu then activates the Normal Spell Card "Wind of the Gods" to destroy this card, winning her the Duel.

Duelist Kingdom

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 0022: "The Gauntlet Is Thrown", Joey Wheeler uses this card during his Duel against Téa Gardner. During Joey's turn, he Normal Summons this card. This card attacks Téa's Set "Happy Lover", but while it was flipped face-up, "Happy Lover" wasn't destroyed for an unknown reason. During Téa's turn, she activates the Normal Spell Card "Breath of Light" to destroy this card, winning her the Duel.

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 0099: "Duel With a Ghoul", this card is seen in Seto Kaiba's computer when he and the computer are searching for the Dueling Arena that Yami Yugi is Dueling on. This card was shown being used in a Duel that was on a Dueling Arena, but was not being used by Yugi. Because of this, Kaiba leaves this arena and starts searching through the other arenas.

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 01111: "The Dueling Monkey", Joey Wheeler used this card during his Duel against Rex Raptor. During Joey's turn, he Sets this card in Defense Position. During Rex's turn, his "Megazowler" attacks and destroys this card. (In the English dubbed version, this card is known as "Rock Ogre").

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 01313: "Evil Spirit of the Ring", this card is seen in Yami Yugi's hand during his Duel against Yami Bakura. During Yami Yugi's turn, when Joey Wheeler, whose soul was transferred into his "Flame Swordsman", attacks Yami Bakura's "Morphing Jar", its Flip effect activates, forcing Yami Yugi to discard his hand and draw five cards, including this card.

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 01616: "The Scars of Defeat", Joey Wheeler uses this card during his Duel against Kaiba. During Joey's turn, he Normal Summons this card in Defense Position. During Kaiba's turn, his "Rabid Horseman" attacks and destroys this card. (In the English dubbed version, this card is known as "Smashing Rock").

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 03232: "Keith's Machinations, Part 2", this card can be seen in Joey's hand during his Duel against Bandit Keith.
  • This card also appears in a flashback that Maximillion Pegasus sees in Keith's mind via his Millennium Eye. This card is shown being used in a gambling Duel between Bandit Keith and another person in the bar.

Virtual World

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 120120: "Burying The Past - Part 1", two copies of this monster appear as part of Gozaburo Kaiba's chess army. In the next episode, one of the two copies was destroyed at an unspecified point. The other copy was one of the last few monsters that were still chasing Yugi and his friends.
