Yu-Gi-Oh!

Notes

  • In the anime, two copies of this card are shown. The first copy originally belonging to Weevil Underwood but ends up with Joey Wheeler. The second copy permenantly belongs to Weevil Underwood thanks to Dartz.

Naming

  • In the anime's Spanish dub, this card is known as "Reina Insecto".

Mistakes

  • When Weevil first uses this card it's shown as a Normal Monster.
    • This is similar to a few of Weevil's Insect monsters in this duel that were shown as Normal Monsters, when they are really Effect Monsters.

Anime

Battle City

  • When a Rare Hunter looks at each duelist's rarest card, this card is registered as the rarest one in Weevil's Deck.
  • When Joey Wheeler duels against Weevil Underwood, Weevil special summons this monster by destroying his own "Pinch Hopper" thanks to "Insecticide". With this monster's effect, its ATK increases to 3200. Weevil then tributes "Leghul" to allow this monster to attack. This monster then destroys Joey's "Little-Winguard". A token is then summoned with this monster's other effect. After tributing "Cockroach Knight", Weevil tries to win the duel by attacking Joey's "Panther Warrior" with this monster but Joey activates "Magical Arm Shield" to redirect the attack to Weevil's "Insect Soldiers of the Sky" which destroys it instead and summons another token. After tributing "Cockroach Knight", this card destroys Joey's "Panther Warrior" and yet another token appears. After Joey's "Gearfried the Iron Knight" destroys a token, this card's ATK decreases to 3000. After Weevil tributes Army Ant Tokens (which were created from "Multiplication of Ants" on "Soldier Ant"), this monster attacks Joey's "Gearfried the Iron Knight" but Joey activates "Graverobber" to use Weevil's "Insecticide" to destroy this monster. Joey's "Gearfried the Iron Knight" then destroys another token, winning Joey the duel. After Joey wins the duel, he obtains this card from Weevil as per the Battle City Rules.
  • In episode 64, this card appeared on the screen of the laptop that Kenta was using when he was trying to let Serenity Wheeler know how the Duel between Joey and Weevil was going.
  • While going down the street with Tristan, Téa, and Solomon Muto, Joey is shown celebrating his victory over Weevil while also stating to his friends that he was able to win this card from Weevil after defeating him.

Virtual Realm

Battle City Finals

  • In episode 124, this card is shown in a flashback that Joey has when he remembers all the Duelists he faced on his way to the Battle City Finals.
  • When Joey duels Yami Marik, this card can be seen in Joey's hand. Joey had intended to sacrifice two monsters to summon this card, but this card went to the Graveyard via the effect of Marik's "Helpoemer" before that could happen. This activates the effect of "Coffin Seller", inflicting 300 damage to Joey.

Waking the Dragons

  • During Weevil's rematch duel against Yami Yugi, Weevil sacrifices his "Cell Division Token" and "Pheromone Wasp" to summon this card. This card's ATK then became 3500 due to its own effect and the effect of "The Seal of Orichalcos". Weevil then tributes "Leghul" to allow this card to destroy Yugi's "Gaia the Dragon Champion" (with this card's ATK becoming 3100 shortly after "Gaia the Dragon Champion" is destroyed). Weevil then summons a token through this card's effect shortly after. The token then gains 500 ATK due to the effect of "The Seal of Orichalcos" while this card's ATK increases to 3300 due to another Insect-type monster now being out. This card's ATK becomes 3500 when Yugi summons "Kuriboh" (as "DNA Surgery" changes all monsters out on the field to Insect-type monsters). Later, Yugi destroys this monster with the effect of "Natural Selection". Weevil then tributes the token created by this card's effect to summon "Armored Centipede".

Grand Championship

  • When Weevil and Rex Raptor duel Zigfried von Schroeder in a two against one duel, Weevil Special Summons this card via the effect of "Pinch Hopper". This card's effect then increased its ATK to 2400. This card was later destroyed along with Rex's "Black Tyranno" by the effect of one of Zigfried's "Valkyrie Zwei" after Zigfried plays "Ride of the Valkyries". Zigfried then uses the effect of one his "Valkyrie Erste" to remove from play this card from Weevil's Graveyard so that "Valkyrie Erste" would become equal to this card's.
