  • During the Duelist Kingdom Arc, this card would also inflict damage to the opponent equal to the difference between the target monster's attack points and the total attack all the opponent's destroyed monsters.
  • This card was first seen being used in the Duelist Kingdom Arc by Yugi against Weevil Underwood. It destroyed Weevil's powered-up Basic Insect, as well the other four monsters that Weevil had placed on the field.
  • During Yugi's duel against Ghost Kaiba/The Mimic of Doom, Yugi used this card to redirect Blue Eyes White Dragon's attack. However, Ghost Kaiba activated Negate Attack, protecting his LP. (Note that in the real game, Negate Attack can not be used in response to a Spell or Trap card)
  • This card was also used against the Paradox Brothers during their duel against Yugi and Joey. Yugi had used it to redirect Gate Guardian's attack away from Joey's Flame Swordsman and onto the brothers' Monster Tamer instead.
  • During his duel against Pegasus, Yugi used this card to redirect Toon Summoned Skull's attack after he had destroyed Toon World, leaving all of Pegasus' monsters vulnerable to attack. The redirected attack destroyed Toon Summoned Skull (now reverted back into the Doppleganger Spell card), Red Archery Girl, and Ryu-Ran were all destroyed.
  • In Yugi and Kaiba's tag team match against two Rare Hunters, one of the Rare Hunters used the card to counter Kaiba's Obelisk the Tormentor, but he failed and lost with his teammate.
  • In the KC Grand Prix, Yugi uses the card when he duels against Vivian Wong and Leon.
  • The card is used in the manga and series versions of Yami Yugi and Yugi duel, however it's used in each version.
  • In the anime, this card's effect was considered an "attack" because Negate Attack and Gate Guardian's effect could be used against it.
  • In Tea's duel against Crump, Tea plays this card face-down on her first turn, but then Crump uses Cold Wave on his turn, so Tea can't use it. It was later destroyed by Driving Snow.
  • In Joey's & Yugi's duel against the Big Five, Yugi played this card face down, It would later be destroyed by Nesbitt's Heavy Storm card.
