Yu-Gi-Oh!
- During the Duelist Kingdom Arc, this card would also inflict damage to the opponent equal to the difference between the target monster's attack points and the total attack all the opponent's destroyed monsters.
- This card was first seen being used in the Duelist Kingdom Arc by Yugi against Weevil Underwood. It destroyed Weevil's powered-up Basic Insect, as well the other four monsters that Weevil had placed on the field.
- During Yugi's duel against Ghost Kaiba/The Mimic of Doom, Yugi used this card to redirect Blue Eyes White Dragon's attack. However, Ghost Kaiba activated Negate Attack, protecting his LP. (Note that in the real game, Negate Attack can not be used in response to a Spell or Trap card)
- This card was also used against the Paradox Brothers during their duel against Yugi and Joey. Yugi had used it to redirect Gate Guardian's attack away from Joey's Flame Swordsman and onto the brothers' Monster Tamer instead.
- During his duel against Pegasus, Yugi used this card to redirect Toon Summoned Skull's attack after he had destroyed Toon World, leaving all of Pegasus' monsters vulnerable to attack. The redirected attack destroyed Toon Summoned Skull (now reverted back into the Doppleganger Spell card), Red Archery Girl, and Ryu-Ran were all destroyed.
- In Yugi and Kaiba's tag team match against two Rare Hunters, one of the Rare Hunters used the card to counter Kaiba's Obelisk the Tormentor, but he failed and lost with his teammate.
- In the four way duel, Marik used it to redirect Yugi's Beast of Gilfer's redirected attack (it's redirected thanks to Kaiba's Attack Guidance Armor so that Beast of Gilfer didn't attack Kaiba) away, but Yugi used his Seven Tools of the Bandit Trap Card to destroy Marik's Mirror Force instead.
- In Yugi and Kaiba's duel against Dartz, Yugi combines the card with Kaiba's The Fang of Critias, to form Mirror Force Dragon.
- In the KC Grand Prix, Yugi uses the card when he duels against Vivian Wong and Leon.
- The card is used in the manga and series versions of Yami Yugi and Yugi duel, however it's used in each version.
- Manga version - Yugi's Gandora's special attack is reflected to save Yami Yugi's Dark Magician.
- Series version - Yugi's Silent Swordsman's attack is reflected to save Yami Yugi's Obelisk the Tormentor.
- In the anime, this card's effect was considered an "attack" because Negate Attack and Gate Guardian's effect could be used against it.
- In Tea's duel against Crump, Tea plays this card face-down on her first turn, but then Crump uses Cold Wave on his turn, so Tea can't use it. It was later destroyed by Driving Snow.
- In Rebecca & Leon's Duel, Leon uses Mirror Force to destroy Rebecca's Luster Dragon 2.
- In Joey's & Yugi's duel against the Big Five, Yugi played this card face down, It would later be destroyed by Nesbitt's Heavy Storm card.
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX
- Jaden Yuki used this card on his duel against Titan to destroy his Archfiends.
- This card appears in the GX Japanese closing song, Borderline Battle.
- Yugi Muto used this card against Jaden to destroy his Elemental Hero Neos and Card Trooper.
Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's
- Bolt Tanner Set this card against Yusei Fudo in episode 7, but did not activate it.
- In episode 21, Bolt Tanner mentions "Mirror Force" when he gives an example of a game-breaking card.
- Rex Goodwin Set this card in a flashback in episode 62, but it was not activated.
- When Jack Atlas took the "Archfiend Chaos King" card from Kazama's deck in episode 76, "Mirror Force" can be briefly seen under it.
- This is the Featured Card for episode 80.
- This card appears in the Duel Puzzle of episode 80.
- Crow set this card against Leo in episode 85, but chose not to activate it, causing him to lose the duel.

- This is used by Delta, Marie and Marshmallon in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Stardust Accelerator.
