Depre Scott (デプレ・スコット, Depure Sukotto) is the eleventh Card Professor and another of Pegasus' adopted sons. He bears a grudge against Yugi for Pegasus's death.

Design
Appearance
Depre is a slim young man with short spiky black hair, small irises, and prominent lines around his eyes. He dresses in black; a black shirt buttoned with only three buttons over the chest, and black leather pants and shoes.
Personality
Depre is stoic and calm, to the point that he rarely laughs. His speech patterns, tend to come with long pause in-between his sentences (an aspect more predominantly seen in the original translation). Richie Merced notes during Depre's Duel with Yugi Mutou that he can't believe that Depre can laugh in an evil manner. He desires revenge against Yugi Mutou for Pegasus's defeat and death, believing that Pegasus gave up on life after his defeat; Depre's own defeat reduced him to bitter tears, indicating that like Yako, Depre greatly revered and mentally depended on Pegasus.
Etymology
Prescott was the codename for the 90nm version of Intel's Pentium 4 microprocessor.
Biography
History
Depre was an orphan taken in by Maximillion J. Pegasus along with Richie Merced, Yako Tenma, and Gekko Tenma. Pegasus trained him as a Duelist, and Depre rose to the number two spot in the Card Professors Guild, while Richie rose to number one. After Pegasus's death, Depre came to believe that his defeat at Yugi's hands had caused Pegasus to give up on life, and he became obsessed with defeating him. The four orphans and the other Card Professors enacted a takeover of KaibaCorp, but Depre and Richie were unaware that Gekko was an unwilling participant.
Yu-Gi-Oh! R
Depre and Richie encountered Yugi Mutou and Gekko being led through the building by Bandit Keith. Richie assaulted Keith for trying to bypass them, and Depre asked in confusion why Gekko was allied with Yugi. He told Yugi what he believed he had done to Pegasus, and stated that he would have to be defeated for Pegasus to be resurrected. Depre and Richie led Yugi and Gekko to another area to Duel, with Depre taking on Yugi first, laughing rarely as he anticipated taking on Yugi, and was surprised that Yugi was fighting him rather than Dark Yugi.
Depre quickly activated his "Cosmic Space" card, putting pressure on Yugi. Yugi was unable to deal with Depre's strategy, and Depre allowed his "Zeta Reticulant" to expire, giving him the sacrifices to Summon his "Greed Quasar", which backed Yugi into a corner. He urged Yugi to call out Dark Yugi, but when Dark Yugi appeared, he told Depre that Yugi didn't need his help to defeat him. Depre believed that he had the Duel won, as he had a second "Cosmic Space" ready as a backup, but Yugi used "Fit of Rage" to power up "Toy Magician" after taking a direct attack from "Greed Quasar", destroying it and then attacking directly on the next turn, defeating Depre.
Depre's defeat reduced him to bitter tears, as he protested that he just wanted to see Pegasus one last time. Richie called two Industrial Illusions employees to take him away.
Deck
Depre uses a Cosmic-themed Deck. His Deck is based around the "Cosmic Space" Field Spell, which adds Life Star Counters to monsters. His monsters can manipulate these Counters, culminating in his most powerful monster, "Greed Quasar", which gains ATK depending on its Life Star Counters. His strategy, according to Richie Merced, is to continuously take down his opponent's defensive monsters while steadily increasing his own attack power.
