"~Completion~ New Friends, New Partnerships" is the fourth chapter in the video game Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2011: Over the Nexus.

Summary

Klaus and the player arrive in New Domino City, setting up shop in an apartment. Klaus encourages the player to explore the new neighborhood, where they meet and Duel the mysterious Misaki who knows their name. After winning, Misaki awards them the "Des Wombat" card and leads them to a garage, where they are reunited with Toru. Once all three are properly acquainted with each other, the player updates Toru on the mounting gang war in Crash Town.

Toru suggests that they form a three-person Riding team, but they inspect the player's Duel Runner and realize that its parts are old and is in no condition for a Turbo Duel. Misaki informs the player will need a new CPU, engine, and frame, and the Bootleg owner would be the best person to approach for information. The owner, however, isn't willing to divulge this information easily unless the player solves three of his Duel Puzzles. He points the player to Blister, who has a CPU to spare. Blister advises the player check out the Underground Duel Arena for discarded items and parts.

At the Arena, Figaro tells the player that they are free to take what they need, and they find a serviceable engine for the Duel Runner. The player meets Misaki outside the Arena, who informs them of a discarded frame in the locked scrapyard. As the player approach the scrapyard, they see Blister and Bolt Tanner unlocking the gate. Bolt says that the frame was his, and even though he was planning to discard it, he's suddenly reluctant to give it away. Misaki suggests a Tag Duel for ownership of the frame. After they emerge victorious, the player earns the frame and a "Sangan" card.

The next day, the Duel Runner's repairs are complete, and Klaus gives the player a riding suit. The team decides to take the Duel Runner for a spin on the highway, and Toru challenges the player to their first Turbo Duel. After the duel ends, Primo catches a glimpse of the Infinity Circuit. Lester and Jakob suggest that Primo might be imagining it, for it is too early for its appearance.

Back at the highway, Breo appears and is outraged at the team being on his "territory," even though they're on a public road. He challenges the player to a race for "permission," and backs down once he is bested. However, Toru and Misaki ended up pushing their Duel Runners too hard and are in need of repairs. They meet Crow, who happened to be passing by. Crow decides to make good on his apology from earlier, and decides to introduce them to Yusei, who's incredibly skilled with Duel Runers.

Back at Toru's garage, the player has a short reunion with Yusei, who will get the team's Duel Runners in working order by the next day. After Yusei and Crow leave, Klaus rushes in and shows a letter from Nico, which only reads "HELP." As the player's Duel Runner is the only one that's still fully functional, they head back to Crash Town first to assess the situation.

1. Activate Raigeki Break, discarding Quillbolt Hedgehog to destroy Mirror Force.
2. Normal Summon Junk Synchron, targetting Speed Warrior with its effect.
3. Special Summon Quillbolt Hedgehog in Attack Position with its own effect.
4. Synchro Summon Junk Warrior using Junk Synchron and Speed Warrior.
5. Attack Goyo Guardian with Junk Warrior.
6. Attack directly with Quillbolt Hedgehog.

Puzzle 2

1. Banish Stardust Dragon with Junk Archer's effect.
2. Destroy Red Dragon Archfiend with Turbo Cannon's effect.
3. Destroy Black Rose Dragon and Turbo Cannon with Scrap Dragon's effect.
4. Attack directly with all monsters.

Puzzle 3

1. Normal Summon Naturia Butterfly.
2. Activate Give and Take to Special Summon Naturia Beans to the opponent's side of the field and increase Naturia Butterfly's Level.
3. Activate Double Summon. Normal Summon Naturia Pumpkin and Special Summon Naturia Dragonfly with its effect.
4. Destroy Naturia Beans with Smashing Ground.
5. Synchro Summon Naturia Leodrake using Naturia Butterfly and Naturia Pumpkin.
6. Attack directly with all monsters.

Puzzle 4

1. Take control of XX-Saber Gottoms with Brain Control, then switch it to Defense Position.
2. Special Summon Shiny Black "C" from the opponent's Graveyard with Foolish Revival.
3. Banish all 3 copies of Shiny Black "C" with Karma Cut, discarding Fabled Lurrie as its cost. Fabled Lurrie will Special Summon itself.
4. Special Summon Krebons with Emergency Teleport, and Normal Summon Synchro Fusionist.
5. Synchro Summon Magical Android using Krebons, Fabled Lurrie, and Synchro Fusionist. Use Synchro Fusionist's effect to add Miracle Synchro Fusion to your hand.
6. Use Miracle Synchro Fusion to Fusion Summon Ultimate Axon Kicker by banishing Magical Android and Krebons.
7. Attack Black-Winged Dragon with Ultimate Axon Kicker. The opponent's Mirror Force will activate, but Axon Kicker cannot be destroyed by it.
8. Enter Main Phase 2, then activate Dimension Fusion to Special Summon the banished Magical Android and Krebons. Use them to Synchro Summon Dark Strike Fighter.
9. Tribute all monsters you control for Dark Strike Fighter's effect. Then, activate Wicked Rebirth to Special Summon Dark Strike Fighter and Tribute itself for just enough damage to win.

Puzzle 5

1. Activate Limit Impulse, discarding Dandylion and Ally of Justice Core Destroyer for its cost. Special Summon the Soul Tokens in Attack Position.
2. Activate Nightmare Archfiends, Tributing a Fluff Token for its cost.
3. Activate Enemy Controller, Tributing the second Fluff Token to take control of one of the Nightmare Archfiend Tokens.
4. Activate Allure of Darkness, and banish Gravi-Crush Dragon.
5. Special Summon Spell Striker with its own effect.
6. Special Summon Gravi-Crush Dragon with Escape from the Dark Dimension.
7. Tribute the remaining 2 Tokens on the opponent's side of the field to Special Summon Lava Golem.
8. Equip Lava Golem with Scroll of Bewitchment to change its Attribute to LIGHT.
9. Activate Leeching the Light, targeting Lava Golem.
10. Destroy Lava Golem with Gravi-Crush Dragon's effect, sending The Dark Door to the Graveyard for its cost.
11. Attack directly with all monsters.
