Kaiser Ryo!! is the thirty ninth chapter of the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX manga.

Plot
Chazz Princeton continues his duel with Zane Truesdale. Despite having summoned his three strongest monsters, Chazz does not inflict a single point of damage to Zane, and falls to Zane's "Cyber Eltanin". Chazz accepts the loss, but also vows to someday surpass Zane.
Duel
Chazz's Turn
Duel continues from the previous chapter.
- Due to activating "Light of the Shadows", Chazz cannot enter his Battle Phase, so he ends his turn.
Zane's Turn
- Activates "Emergency Cyber", letting him add a Level 8 or higher "Cyber" monster from his Deck to his hand. The effect of "Light and Darkness Dragon" automatically activates, dropping it's ATK and DEF points by 500 to negate Zane's card (Light and Darkness Dragon 2300/1900).
- Activates the second effect of "Emergency Cyber". When it's in his Graveyard, he can discard a card from his hand to put "Emergency Cyber" back into it. He does so, and Chazz cannot negate the effect as it does not target the field.
- Activates "Emergency Cyber". "Light and Darkness Dragon's" effect automatically activates and negates it (Light and Darkness Dragon (1800/1400). Zane discards a card and adds it back to his hand.
- Activates "Emergency Cyber". "Light and Darkness Dragon's" effect automatically activates and negates it (Light and Darkness Dragon (1300/900). Zane discards a card and adds it back to his hand.
- Activates "Emergency Cyber". "Light and Darkness Dragon's" effect automatically activates and negates it (Light and Darkness Dragon (800/400). Zane discards a card and adds it back to his hand.
- Activates "Emergency Cyber", moving the Level 10 "Cyber Eltanin" to his hand.
- Activates his face-down "Born from Draconis", which lets him remove all "Cyber" monsters in his Graveyard and on his field from play and summon a Level 10 "Cyber" monster from his hand.
- Removes his two "Cyber Larvas", "Cyber Struve", "Cyber Alsafi", "Cyber Alnair" and "Cyber Thuban" in his Graveyard and the "Cyber Dragon" on his field to summon "Cyber Eltanin".
- Activates "Cyber Eltanin's" effect, which can destroy as many monsters on the field as there are "Cyber" monsters removed from play. Thus, "Light End Dragon", "Dark End Dragon" and "Light and Darkness Dragon" are destroyed.
- "Cyber Eltanin's" ATK is equal to the number of "Cyber" monsters removed from play multiplied by 500, with seven removed, it's attack is 3500.
- Attacks Chazz directly (Chazz 0).
- Zane wins.
