Reiji ordered #1, Shingo, and #2, Shun to capture "Phantom" in a pincer attack, while #3, Sora, would capture him from the sky. Shingo soon reached "Phantom" on the top of a building. He jumped from the helicopter and ordered the fugitive to give up because he was cornered, initially calling him "Phantom", but then corrected himself - "Yuya Sakaki".
