If a "Player Token" is Special Summoned successfully, halve your Life Points. The Token's ATK and DEF are equal to your Life Points. At the end of your Battle Phase, pay half of your Life Points. If you do not, destroy the "Player Token." When a "Player Token" you control is destroyed, you lose the Duel.
