TCG Rulings

  • If the number of monsters you control changes due to an effect chained to "Urgent Tuning", and you do not have a Synchro Monster of a Level you could Summon when "Urgent Tuning" resolves, you must show your Extra Deck to your opponent to prove that you cannot Summon a monster. You do not have to show your Extra Deck to your opponent if you would not be able to Synchro Summon at all when "Urgent Tuning" resolves. (Because you control only 1 monster, or control only Tuner monsters, etc.)[1]
