• In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode 130130: "Unleashing the Dragon, Part 2", Marcel Bonaparte (possessed by Yubel) uses this card during his Tag-Team Duel against Jaden Yuki and Jesse Anderson. During Marcel's turn, he Special Summons this card via the effect of "Dimension Fusion Destruction". At this point, Yubel regains their physical form and takes over in Marcel's place. Yubel activates this card's effect to inflict 10,000 battle damage to Jaden's "Elemental Hero Chaos Neos", but Jesse activates his Set Quick-Play Spell Card "Prism Wall" to redirect the effect to "Rainbow Dragon". Jesse then activates the first effect of "Rainbow Dragon" to send "Crystal Beast Amber Mammoth", "Crystal Beast Topaz Tiger", "Crystal Beast Emerald Turtle", "Crystal Beast Cobalt Eagle", "Crystal Beast Sapphire Pegasus", and "Crystal Beast Amethyst Cat" to the Graveyard and increase the ATK of "Rainbow Dragon" by 1000 for each "Crystal Beast" monster sent to the Graveyard to this way. With six monsters sent this way, "Rainbow Dragon" gains 6000 ATK, allowing it to survive this card's effect. The last effect of "Prism Wall" then activates, inflicting damage to Yubel and Jesse equal to the new ATK of "Rainbow Dragon" and defeating both of them. The attack between "Rainbow Dragon" and this card is so powerful that it creates a portal to return Duel Academy to Earth. Jesse tells Jaden to go on without him as he needs to keep the portal open long enough for Duel Academy to be transported back to Earth.

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode 131131: "All for One", this card is shown in a flashback Jaden has when he remembers that Jesse stayed behind in the alternate dimension so that he could keep the portal open long enough for Duel Academy to return to Earth. Jaden then realizes that what happened was his fault as he was the one who sent Yubel to space, which caused the chain of events to occur up until now.

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode 132132: "A New World Order", this card is shown in a flashback Jaden has when he notes he is positive that Jesse is alive somewhere in the same dimension Jaden is in.

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode 149149: "The Ultimate Face-Off, Part 1", Jesse Anderson (while possessed by Yubel) uses this card during his Duel with Adrian Gecko. During Jesse's turn, he Special Summons this card via the effect of "Dimension Fusion Destruction". Jesse then activates this card's third effect to switch control of this card to Adrian's field. During Jesse's End Phase, this card's last effect is activated, banishing Adrian's "Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord" and returning to Jesse's field.
  • During the next episode, during Adrian's turn, after "Fog King" is Normal Summoned, its effect negates this card's effect. Adrian then activates the third effect of "Fog King" to reduce both battling monsters' ATK to 1 during the Damage Step only. Adrian then activates the first effect of his Field Spell Card "Fog Castle" to move his monster to a different Monster Card Zone, place a Beacon Counter on "Fog Castle" and prevent "Fog King's" destruction, however he loses a Monster Card Zone. "Fog King" attacks and destroys this card.

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode 153153: "Return of the Supreme King, Part 1", this card appears within a series of flashbacks Jaden has when he wonders if he will have to use overwhelming force to defeat Yubel.

• In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode 175175: "Battle Royal! Judai VS Johan VS Fujiwara", this card appears in a flashback Jaden and Jesse have when Jaden reminds Jesse it has been a while since they fought in a Tag-Team Duel together.
