- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Keith's Machinations, Part 2", 32: "Joey Wheeler uses this card during his Duel against Bandit Keith. When Keith's "Slot Machine" (which had 3000 ATK due to "Shield & Sword" and three copies of "7 Completed") attacks and destroys Joey's "Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon" (which had 2400 ATK due to "Shield & Sword" and "Dragon Nails"), Joey activates this card to steal Keith's "Time Machine" from his Graveyard and activate it as his card, nullifying the Battle Damage he would take and reviving "Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon" as it was during the previous turn.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Best of Friends, Best of Duelists, Part 1", Joey uses this card during his Duel against 33: "Yami Yugi. He uses this card to steal Yugi's "Summoned Skull" from his Graveyard and revive it under his control.
Battle City (part 1)Edit
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Playing with a Parasite, Part 2", Joey uses this card during his duel against 64: "Weevil Underwood. When Weevil uses "Insect Queen" to attack "Gearfried the Iron Knight", Joey activates this card to steal Weevil's "Eradicating Aerosol" and activate it as his card, destroying "Insect Queen".
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Friends 'Til the End, Part 4", this card appears in a series of flashbacks Joey has when he starts to remember that he is a Duelist (as 78: "Marik Ishtar brainwashed him into Dueling Yugi Muto).
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Awakening of Evil, Part 1", this card can be seen in Joey's hand during his Duel against 86: "Odion. In the next episode, Odion uses "Embodiment of Apophis" to attack "Swordsman of Landstar", but Joey activates "Foolish Burial" to send "Jinzo" from his Deck to Odion's Graveyard. Joey then activates this card to revive "Jinzo" under his control. Due to the effect of "Jinzo", Odion's three "Embodiments of Apophis" are destroyed as they are still treated as Trap Cards.
- In the second above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a series of flashbacks that Joey has when he notes to Odion that he has met many people on his way to the Battle City Finals and he kept fighting all the way no matter how grim the situation was.

- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Mechanical Mayhem, Part 1", this card can be seen when 106: "Duke Devlin, Tristan Taylor, and Serenity Wheeler were building their Virtual World Decks for their Duel against Nezbitt.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Settling the Score, Part 1" and 108: "Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Settling the Score, Part 2", this card appears in 109: "Leichter's flashbacks to Seto Kaiba's childhood.
Battle City (part 2)Edit
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Back to Battle City - Part 1", Joey 122: "sets this card during the Battle Royal between himself, Yami Marik, Yami Yugi, and Kaiba. In the next episode, this card is still face-down on the field. In the following episode, Joey's "Axe Raider" attacks Kaiba's "Blade Knight", but Kaiba activates "Ring of Destruction" to destroy "Axe Raider" and inflict its ATK as damage to both Joey and Kaiba. Kaiba then activates "Ring of Defense" to protect himself from the effect of "Ring of Destruction", but Joey activates this card to steal Yami Marik's "Spell of Pain" and activate it as his card, redirecting the damage that Joey would have taken from the effect of "Ring of Destruction" to Yami Marik instead. This causes Yami Marik to be defeated.
- In the third above-mentioned episode, this card is shown in a flashback that Joey has when he remembers all the Duelists he faced on his way to the Battle City Finals.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Battle for the Bronze - Part 1", this card can be seen in Joey's 135: "hand during his Duel against Kaiba. In the next episode, Joey activates this card to steal Kaiba's "Enemy Controller" and activate it as his card, allowing Joey to destroy Kaiba's "Blue-Eyes White Dragon".

- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Trial by Stone", this card is shown when Weevil and 159: "Rex Raptor are taken to a vault within Paradius's headquarters that contains copies of every card in existence (with the exception of the Legendary Dragons and the Egyptian Gods).
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Fighting for a Friend - Part 4", Joey uses this card during his duel against 172: "Valon. He uses this card to steal Valon's "Big Bang Blow" and revive it under his control.
