Yu-Gi-Oh!
- In the Yu-Gi-Oh! second series anime, it could only be activated if there was a Spellcaster-Type monster on the player's side of the field. The one time this happened was when Strings' Slifer the Sky Dragon attacked Dark Magician Girl. Yugi activated Spellbinding Circle and Magic Cylinder to redirect the attack back at Slifer with the same amount of ATK it had when the attack was declared to win the Duel, but Revival Jam blocked the attack, allowing Slifer to destroy Dark Magician Girl.

- This card can be seen when Tristan Taylor is building his Virtual World deck during episode 106, though he does not select it.
