Later Yusei uses this card during his Turbo Duel against Tetsu Trudge. He Special Summons this card from his hand after he Normal Summons "Speed Warrior". Yusei then uses "Speed Warrior" (whose ATK was 1800 due to its own effect) to attack "Gate Blocker". The attack fails, but Yusei Tributes this card in order to activate its effect, destroying "Gate Blocker". Trudge then activates "Broken Blocker" to Special Summon two more "Gate Blockers".
