Introduction
Light of Destruction is the eighth and last set of the OCG Series 5 Booster Packs after Phantom Darkness. It is followed by the first set of OCG Series 6 packs, The Duelist Genesis. It includes 80 cards in the OCG, and 100 cards in the TCG, the additional ones being 10 former OCG-exclusive cards and 10 TCG-exclusive cards. This set focuses on LIGHT Attribute monsters featuring Sartorius' Arcana Force cards and the Lightsworns. This pack also features cards used by Jaden Yuki, Aster Phoenix, Jesse Anderson and Vellian Crowler. The Cover Card is Honest.

Trivia

Even though Season 4 of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX has not aired in English, the booster box still shows Jaden with his Academy-Issued, Red-Trimmed Duel Disk, and his new "look" in Season 4.
